Managing Director of Fincas Mierisch, Eleane Mierisch, and 5th generation coffee producer, Erwin "Wingo" Mierisch, will speak on the reception of coffee at dry mill, steps taken to ensure transparency, classification of coffee, and drying techniques at Fincas Mierisch in Nicaragua.

Eleane has over 20 years experience in coffee, from drying techniques, processing, sales, and quality control. As a producer, Eleane has earned recognition from her personal farm Las Delicias with her Javanica and Yellow Pacamara varietals. Since 2016, Eleane has also spearheaded our farms in Honduras; culminating in a 1st Place Cup of Excellence placement in 2019 with the farm Santa Lucia in the Siguatepeque municipality.

Erwin "Wingo" Mierisch, is a 5th generation coffee producer who has been involved with the family operations for the last 5 years. Focusing on the QC lab, which includes cupping and roasting, and more recently process development and fermentation experiments. Erwin also handles Client Relations for the family, and will most likely be responding if you reach out on their social media!
